Form Exploration
With the design language mapped out, the sketching phase could begin to decide on the final form. Dozens of solutions were explored, all while using our previous findings from the benchmarking and analyzis phase.
Form Definition
Once we had narrowed down to two possible forms that successfully encapsulated the expression we aimed for, these were transformed from two- to three-dimensional concepts through clay models. This way we could truly analyze our ideas with scale and proportions in mind.
One concept was chosen to move on with.
Final Result
Hours of high-precision detail work resulted in the Milwaukee M18 11'' Robot Vac. With two functional brushes and motorized wheels, the concept can be observed in it's intended context.
